The Pinglyo service is available at https://pinglyo.com and provides users with tools to monitor the availability of selected URLs. By registering or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
To use the service, the user must create an account. The user is responsible for providing accurate data and securing access to their account.
The service is offered in two versions:
Payments are processed via LemonSqueezy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancellation is possible at any time through the user interface. After cancellation, the paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which the account switches to the free plan.
In case of technical issues or questions, please contact us at [email protected]. Complaints are handled individually. Refunds are not guaranteed.
The service is provided "as is". The provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the service.
Personal data processing is governed by a separate document: Privacy Policy.
The provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced via email or the application. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Effective as of 6 May 2025.
